Corrections policy
Correcting mistakes is an essential part of our transparency. The Latest Crypto News aims to be accurate, and when we get something wrong we fix it openly.
How we handle corrections
Minor corrections: typos and formatting fixes are made directly, without a notice.
Material corrections: when a figure or fact was wrong, we add a clear correction note at the foot of the article, with the date and the nature of the change.
Updates: articles about developing events carry an "Update" note at the top of the page when significant new information is added.
Requesting a correction
We value a sharp-eyed community. If you spot a possible error or misleading information, contact us via our contact page. We review every request within a reasonable time and amend the content where the facts support it.
Removal requests
As a matter of principle we do not remove content, unless there are compelling legal reasons or where the privacy of individuals is unduly affected. Each request is assessed individually against the public and journalistic interest.
