Four consecutive days of inflows for Bitcoin ETFs
According to data from WuBlockchain, a total of $606 million flowed into spot Bitcoin ETFs on 20 August (US time). This is the fourth consecutive day of positive inflows, a run that points to sustained demand from institutional investors.
The total net assets of all spot Bitcoin ETFs combined now stand at $90.16 billion. Earlier this week, Bitcoin ETFs already attracted $517 million, with BlackRock leading the list. The ongoing run suggests that interest from major players was not a one-off.
Ethereum ETFs follow the same pattern
In addition to Bitcoin, spot Ethereum ETFs are also showing a positive run. On 20 August, $221 million flowed in net, also marking the fourth consecutive day of positive inflows. That is notable, especially given reports that large Ethereum wallets have been shrinking for three months.
The simultaneous inflows into both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs point to broader interest in digital assets through regulated investment products. Bitcoin broke through $76.000 earlier this week and continues its advance towards the current price of $77K.
