Bitcoin price defends crucial support zone above $59.000
The Bitcoin price is showing a cautious recovery after a dive towards $59.000, On the 12-hour chart, a key support zone is visible that determines whether Bitcoin will see further upside or face more downward pressure. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $63.100. up 3.2% in the past 24 hours.

Support zone determines market direction
Analyst @eliz883 points out a red zone on the 12-hour chart that is crucial for the further development of the Bitcoin price. As long as the price remains above this area, a scenario towards higher levels and a possible retest of the next resistance zones is the most plausible.
The reaction after the dip below $59.000 shows that demand is emerging in that price area and that buyers are trying to regain control. Earlier, it was already shown that big players were quietly buying in around $60.000, which further strengthens the picture of demand inflow in that zone.
What if the support gives way?
If Bitcoin does clearly break the red zone and the key support level, the story changes completely. In that case, the current recovery is nothing more than a temporary rally, and the short-term bullish scenario is invalidated. The market could then look for liquidity at lower levels.
The message is simple: above the red zone, there is room for recovery and higher prices. Below it, the whole context needs to be reassessed. Bitcoin is currently still trading above that critical area, but the tension in the market remains palpable as long as there is no clear confirmation of a stronger recovery.
