Swedish listed company H100 Group has completed an acquisition, adding 2,455.4 Bitcoin to its reserve. Total holdings now stand at 3,506 BTC, purchased at an average price of $78.399 per coin. At the moment, the Bitcoin price stands at $65.200, which means the company is roughly 16.9% below its average purchase price on paper.

Bitcoin is available at OKX and Bybit.

In brief:

  • H100 Group expands its Bitcoin reserve to 3,506 BTC through an acquisition paid entirely in shares.
  • The deal is considered the largest merger and acquisition in the European listed Bitcoin sector.
  • The acquired party has no financial debt, and the sats per fully diluted share rise by approximately 5%.

Largest acquisition in European Bitcoin sector

The transaction, which was announced in April, has now been officially completed. According to H100 Group, it is the largest merger and acquisition in the European listed Bitcoin sector. It is also the first time worldwide that such a deal has been fully settled in Bitcoin on public markets, which the companies themselves describe as a Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin transaction.

The payment is made entirely in H100 shares, at a price of SEK 1.86 per share based on 1.0x mNAV. No cash is used. The acquired party also has no financial debt, which benefits H100 Group’s balance sheet.

Sats per share rise slightly

Due to the issuance of new shares, the number of sats per ordinary share remains unchanged. However, the number of sats per fully diluted share rises by approximately 5%, from 288 to 303. This means existing shareholders receive slightly more Bitcoin per share after dilution on balance, which is seen as a positive signal.

H100 Group’s total Bitcoin reserve currently has a value of approximately $228.44 million. As can be seen in the StrategyTracker chart, the company has been buying regularly since May 2025, with the average purchase price rising over the years. With the current price pressure on Bitcoin, the position is for now in the red, but H100 states that the combination of teams, technology and market access will, in the long term, deliver value that neither company could have realised on its own.
