In brief:
- HYPE reaches a new all-time high of $91.79 on 18 September 2026
- The price rises more than 10% in 24 hours
- Analysts and traders had already pointed to the strong recovery from lower levels
Price breaks through previous peak
The 4-hour chart shows that HYPE traded around $54 to $56 earlier this year, a support zone that was tested several times. From that level the price began a strong advance towards $80, after which a consolidation followed. The break of the previous record now leads to a new all-time high above $91.
The chart shows that the price previously bounced off a resistance zone around $75 to $77, but HYPE eventually managed to leave that zone behind. The current price of $90.39 is well above that zone.
Analyst had already pointed to opportunities at $30
Sjuul, behind the X account AltCryptoGems, says he has been following and discussing HYPE since it traded around $30. According to him, reaching the all-time high is a confirmation of the expectations he had been expressing for some time. His statements are, of course, a personal opinion and not investment advice.
HYPE is the native token of the Hyperliquid protocol, a decentralised derivatives platform that is attracting increasing attention in the growing crypto market of 2026. Whether the price can hold the current level depends partly on whether there is enough buying pressure to defend the new all-time high.
