The company uses the net proceeds of $335.5 million partly to purchase 520 Bitcoin for a total of $34.9 million. Strategy behind the share programmes

In addition to MSTR shares, Strategy also has several preference shares outstanding, including STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD. In the period from 15 to 21 June, no shares of these funds are sold. The available capacity for issuance remains at $1,619 billion, $17.51 billion, $2.1 billion and $4.01 billion respectively. For MSTR, $25.41 billion is still available for issuance and sale.

Strategy earlier announced a new offering of $21 billion in MSTR shares, the so-called MSTR Increase. That programme will commence once the capacity of the current offering is largely exhausted. Meanwhile, the company’s USD reserve rises to $1.4 billion. Previously, Adam Back wrote that the share sales by Strategy are not a bearish signal for Bitcoin.
