WOO X users unable to withdraw funds for days
Crypto exchange WOO X is under fire after several verified users reported that their withdrawals have been stuck for days. Blockchain investigator ZachXBT brought the complaints to light, pointing to the background of the company that acquired WOO X in late 2025. At the time of his post, WOO X had not yet issued an official response.
In brief:
- Several WOO X users report that withdrawals have been stuck in processing status for days.
- ZachXBT links owner FusionX Digital to BitMart founder Sheldon Xia.
- BitMart previously wound down its trading platform and is investigating a possible restart.
Withdrawals blocked for days
Various verified WOO X users have taken to social media to complain that withdrawals have remained in the queue for days without any progress. Some have been trying for three days to move funds to their own wallets, but the transactions remain stuck on the ‘submitted’ status or are cancelled without explanation.
ZachXBT, known for his investigations into wrongdoing in the crypto sector, shared the complaints and raised the alarm. WOO X had not yet published a public statement about the problems at that time.
Link to BitMart and FusionX Digital
WOO X was originally founded by Kronos Research and acquired by FusionX Digital in the fourth quarter of 2025. According to ZachXBT, the company is said to have ties to Sheldon Xia, the founder of crypto exchange BitMart.
That context is relevant because BitMart began the orderly wind-down of its trading platform in July. The company is currently investigating a possible restructuring and a potential restart. Whether there is a direct link between the problems at WOO X and the situation at BitMart has not yet been established.
