The Bitcoin spot ETFs saw strong inflows on July 6 (Eastern Time). According to data from SoSoValue, a total of $266 million flowed in net, with BlackRock’s IBIT accounting for the lion’s share at $209 million in a single day. The Ethereum spot ETFs also performed well, with total net inflows of $29,082 million, led by BlackRock’s ETHA at $29,742 million.

Bitcoin is available at OKX and Bybit.

BlackRock dominates inflows

Among all Bitcoin spot ETFs, BlackRock’s IBIT stands out clearly. With $209 million in net inflows in one day, the product accounts for the vast majority of the total $266 million. This fits the pattern in which institutional investors are increasingly seeking exposure to Bitcoin through regulated ETF products, with the cryptocurrency currently trading around $63.210, up 0.4% in the past 24 hours.

The Bitcoin ETF market experienced a period of outflows earlier this year. For instance, there was an outflow that rose to $527 million in the eighth consecutive week. The current inflow therefore marks a clear reversal in sentiment.

Ethereum ETFs also in the green

In addition to Bitcoin, the Ethereum spot ETFs also posted positive figures. Total net inflows came in at $29,082 million, with BlackRock again setting the pace via its ETHA product at $29,742 million. This means that ETHA alone draws in more than all Ethereum ETFs combined, as other products recorded net outflows on balance.

For Ethereum, this is a positive signal. The Ethereum price is currently at a tipping point, and analysts are closely watching for a potential break of the downtrend. More background on the developments surrounding Ethereum can be found on the Ethereum news page.
