Robinhood Chain breaks daily record with $3.75 million in fees

Robinhood Chain set a new daily record on 1 September. The blockchain generated $3.75 million in fees that day, a new high for the fourth consecutive day. With that, Robinhood Chain was the network with the highest fee revenues in the world on that day. The record also has direct consequences for the Arbitrum DAO, which receives a share of those revenues.

Robinhood Chain dominates in fee revenues

According to data from DeFiLlama, Robinhood Chain was the best-earning network on 1 September, measured by daily fees. With $3.75 million, the network surpassed all other blockchains that day. It was also the fourth consecutive day the network set a new all-time high.

The strong growth is also visible in other figures. Robinhood Chain had previously recorded a daily record of $390 million in trading volume. The total value locked in DeFi on the chain currently stands at $756.95 million, an increase of 4.66% in 24 hours.

Arbitrum DAO also benefits from the success

Robinhood Chain runs on Arbitrum technology and shares 10% of its fee revenues with the Arbitrum ecosystem. Of that share, 80% goes to the Arbitrum DAO and 20% to a developer fund of the Arbitrum Foundation.

On 1 September that yielded around $370.000 for the Arbitrum ecosystem from Robinhood Chain alone. For comparison, the Arbitrum network itself collected less than $15.000 in fees on the same day. The revenues from Robinhood Chain are therefore a multiple of what Arbitrum generates on its own.
