Earlier, during a sharp market decline, unrealised losses on Strategy’s Bitcoin position ran to more than $10 billion. With the current price rise towards $86.000, that situation is improving considerably. Strategy is seen as one of the most notable Bitcoin buyers among listed companies.

Strive takes position to 26,355 BTC

Strive is also expanding its Bitcoin reserves. Executive Chairman Matt Cole says the company has bought 1,355 BTC for $107.7 million, at an average price of $79.475 per coin. That brings Strive’s total position to 26,355 BTC.

Strive began accepting so-called warrant exercises last week and received $21.2 million in gross proceeds from them. Including this income, the SATA instrument accounts for 57.7% of the total capital Strive has raised to date. The buying spree at both companies coincides with a broad revival in the crypto market.
