The Tron network processed over 1.08 billion transactions in the second quarter of 2026. The vast majority, around 88.5%, comes from unlabelled wallets and personal transfers. The figures confirm that Tron remains the preferred route for sending USDT.
In short:

Largest share of transactions not traceable to exchanges
Of the more than one billion transactions processed by Tron in Q2, 952.2 million came from unlabelled sources. These include individual wallets, direct transfers between users and contracts without a known owner. Only 11.5% of all activity, accounting for 123.5 million transactions, can be traced to known parties such as crypto exchanges.
Daily transaction volume averaged 11.9 million. Notably, the network never dipped below 9 million transactions on any single day, including weekends. The peak day was 17 June 2026, with 14.6 million transactions in one 24-hour period.
OKX beats Binance on Tron
Among the labelled exchanges, OKX is the largest user of the Tron network in Q2. The platform accounted for 48.7 million transactions, an increase of 51.3% compared with the previous quarter. Binance follows in second place with 44.6 million transactions. Bybit is in third place with 12.8 million transactions.
The remaining exchanges, such as MEXC, Bitget, HTX, Gate and KucCoin, account for 4.3 million, 3.1 million, 3.1 million, 2.0 million and 1.8 million transactions respectively.
